First off at 365 cards, yesterday the challenge was to use Metal, so I used that little leaf on the lower left of the HM card, also on the House Mouse card I did "L is for Layering" from ABC challenge I even layered the ribbons yea me :) my mom gave me the cute little HM stamp and that is "New" which covers the challenge at Cute Card Thursday.Now I know you are wondering "but Glenna where is your 365 card for today" well I'll tell you, you know I love that Pam and all her DT and devotees, but really today's challenge "a reflection" my brain started whirling around, I got light headed and dizzy, the room started going black, and then I said "hey" I don't have to do it...............so I didn't!!!!! I know I should challenge myself, well I'm challenging my self to diet for the new year so THAT is all I am going to challenge myself with right now :) If you get a chance look at the 365 cards blog for today to see what all the "good" girls did, way cool!!
The second card uses the sketch from Sweet Sketch Wed, I finally did one of the sketches from them, before Tuesday, this card is also for the Lilly of the Valley challenge they asked us to make a "Thank You" card.
I am OK with both these cards but I still don't understand why one is so dark and one is lighter, I used the same camera and lighting for both cards, bummer dude.

I came home from doing errands since 8:45 this AM. I got home around 3:45 I said "i have to sit down" what a wonderful surprise to find you had made two new cards. I love both but the flower THANK YOU card is just too beautiful. I hope you don't mind if I try to copy it to some extent. LOL
ReplyDeleteThese are both great, sometimes with foil or shiny items on the paper, my flash doesn't go off because the camera thinks it is light enough, so that may be the difference in how the camera shot the two cards. I love that paper that the mouse card is made with! Gorgeous.
